A heavy-duty stovetop pressure cooker in thickened food-grade SS304, the XY carries a three-way relief system — a main regulating valve, a safety valve and an anti-block vent — so excess pressure always has somewhere to go. The pressure valve lifts out for thorough cleaning, and the smooth, coating-free interior wipes down quickly between uses. A multi-ply composite base spreads heat evenly on gas, induction and ceramic hobs, built for demanding daily service in busy kitchens.
