Custom Cookware Manufacturing — OEM, ODM & Co-Branding

From your drawing or ours, customized to your brand and market and sampled in 7–10 days. One factory for OEM, ODM and co-branded stainless steel cookware, backed by 30 years of manufacturing.

  • Sampling 7–10 days
  • Production 30–50 days
  • MOQ from 1,200 pcs / model
  • 300+ patents

Why work with us

The risk in custom cookware is the bulk run. We engineer that out.

A real factory, not a trader

66,000+ ㎡, 26,000 units a day, 70+ proprietary production lines, with design, tooling, forming, polishing, welding and packaging all in-house.

Sample fidelity held at volume

Mass production uses the same materials, processes and equipment as the approved sample; finished goods are checked against the reference sample.

Customization depth

Logo, color, handle, lid, packaging and set configuration, supported by in-house tooling and 300+ patents in cookware structures.

Multi-market compliance

ISO 9001 / 14001 and BSCI certified company-wide; FDA, LFGB, CE, SASO and region-specific testing coordinated per target market.

What you can customize

Every part of the piece, made to your brand

Same tooling and the same production line behind every order — what changes is the design, the finish, the function set and the pack. Nothing here is a catalogue promise: each is something we ship today across water kettles, steamers, saucepans and pressure cookers.

Colour is the finish, not a different mould. Drag the slider to compare two production colourways of our Aesthetic Matte Color Kettle (model X).

Exterior design
Shape the piece to your brand — a plain modern body, the classic bulb-and-whistle, an Arabic long-pour spout or a Nordic profile. Handle, lid and spout are specified to match: heat-proof lift bars, wood-grain or gold-toned grips, sealed or tempered-glass lids.

Colour & finish
Mirror-polished, brushed or matte-frosted surfaces, plus sprayed matte colourways — the macaron and Morandi palettes (cream, dark green, black) running in production today, fingerprint-resistant. All on bare food-grade steel: no functional coating to chip or leach, which is the point buyers in regulated markets ask for.

  • Sprayed colourways
  • Fingerprint-resistant
  • Coating-free & food-safe
Function & performance
Impact-bonded multi-layer bases that heat evenly on every cooktop — gas, induction and ceramic — and save energy; whistling spouts and heat-sealing lids on kettles; and on pressure cookers the patented multi-valve safety lock (main valve, safety valve, anti-block guard) that will not open under pressure.
  • All-cooktop composite base
  • Whistle & seal
  • Pressure safety lock
  • Energy-saving
Packaging & branding
Your logo placed and coloured to spec, retail-ready packaging designed for the shelf your buyer sells from, matched accessories, and single sizes or full multi-piece sets configured per market — under OEM, ODM or a co-branded identity.

FAQ

Customization questions, answered

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ starts from 1,200 pcs per model, and the final figure depends on the model, finish, packaging and certification requirements. We sample first, in 7–10 days, before any production commitment.

What are your lead times?

Sampling is 7–10 days; standard production is 30–50 working days from confirmation. Urgent schedules can be discussed per project.

Can I use my own drawings?

Yes. Provide your own 2D or 3D drawings and our engineers will review them for manufacturability and suggest improvements before sample making.

Will mass production match the sample?

Yes. Mass production uses the same materials, processes and equipment as the approved sample, and finished goods are inspected against that reference sample before shipment.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?

With OEM we manufacture to your own spec, drawing or reference sample. With ODM you start from our developed designs and existing tooling, then customize the finish, handle, lid, packaging and logo for your brand. Many buyers combine both.

Can you meet our market’s compliance requirements?

We coordinate FDA, LFGB, CE, GS and region-specific testing (such as SASO/SABER) for your target market and category, alongside our company-wide ISO and BSCI certification.
